Es wird eine Methodik zur Untersuchung des Reibungsverhaltens nasslaufender Lamellenkupplungen bei Langsamlauf- und Mikroschlupf vorgestellt und auf ausgewählte Reibmaterial-Schmierstoff-Paarungen angewendet. Die Methodik basiert auf experimentellen Untersuchungen an Komponentenprüfständen unter Verwendung kompletter Lamellenpakete und ermöglicht eine Charakterisierung von Kupplungslamellen und Ölen sowie eine Untersuchung der komplexen Wechselwirkungen im tribologischen System und von deren Einflüssen auf das Reibungsverhalten im Grenzbereich Haftreibung - Gleitreibung.     «

A methodology for the investigation of the friction behavior of wet multi-plate clutches at slow speed and micro slip conditions is presented and applied to selected combinations of friction materials and lubricants. The methodology is based on experimental investigations with component test rigs with complete plate packs and enables a characterization of clutch plates and lubricants as well as an investigation of the complex interactions in the tribological system and of its influences on the friction behavior in the area of static friction / dynamic friction.     «
