Der Übergang von der universitären Lehrerausbildung zum Beruf als Lehrperson – das Referendariat – ist ein zentraler Bestandteil für einen erfolgreichen beruflichen Einstieg und eine nachhaltige professionelle Entwicklung. Während dieser Phase kann eine sinnvolle Verknüpfung von Theorie und Praxis stattfinden durch eine systematische Einführung in den Beruf und umfassende Unterstützung.
