Abstract:
This study compares two modelling approaches for calculation of road transport related emissions by using a macroscopic, traffic situation-based and a microscopic, instantaneous emission model. The main goal is to understand, how the differences between the model results change under various situations such as different road types and aggregation levels (temporal and spatial) of the input data.
