Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Bereitstellung von technischen Produktinformationen in dynamischen Produktentwicklungsprozessen. Bei bestehenden Ansätzen, z. B. des Workflow- und Prozessmanagements, wird die Informationsbereitstellung vor der Prozessausführung modelliert. Änderungen in Produktentwicklungsprozessen können dadurch nicht berücksichtigt werden. Daher wurde eine Methode zur integrativen Beschreibung von Dokumenten und Entwicklungsprozessen entwickelt, welche eine dynamische Anpassung der Informationsbereitstellung an Veränderungen in Entwicklungsprozessen ermöglicht. Die Methode sieht eine Beschreibung durch Parameter vor, welche einen mehrdimensionalen Entwicklungsraum aufspannen. Dadurch können gegenseitige Relevanzen von Dokumenten und Prozessschritten identifiziert werden. Für eine aufwandsarme Methodenanwendung wird ein Rechnerwerkzeug entwickelt und dessen Anwendung im Rahmen eines Entwicklungsprojektes evaluiert.     «

This research aims at the optimisation of the retrieval of technical product information in dynamic product development processes. Current approaches, e.g. of the workflow or process management, model the retrieval in advance of the process execution. Hence, unexpected changes of dynamic development processes cannot be considered. In the framework of this research, a method for the integrative description of documents and development processes is developed, which allows the dynamic adaptation of retrieved documents to changes of development processes. The method is based on description parameters, which create a multidimensional develoment space. Using the parameters and the development space facilitates the identification of relevances between documents and processes. Software is developed for the support of the method’s application and is evaluated during a development project.     «
