User experience and usability are crucial factors for the market success of mobile applications. Thus, it is necessary to consider them in-depth during software development. In this progress, it is essential to obtain user feedback. However, the evaluation of mobile applications is still an immature field.
Hence, the assignment of this thesis is to analyse how feedback generation can be systemathised and allocated in a user-centered development process. Therefore, user-centered processes are contemplated and evaluated for particularities during the development of mobile applications. Furthermore, existing techniques for feedback generation were analysed. Under consideration of the received findings an improved concept for feedback generation during software lifecycle were designed.
One fundamental approch of this enhenced concept is the inquiry of feedback through automa-tizised record of user activities in a suitable usability context. For estimation of the new concept, components of this Feedback generating system were implemented and evaluated in case stud-ies.
