- Chymase und Tryptase von Mastzellen spielen eine wichtige Rolle bei vielen physiologischen und pathologischen Prozessen. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde die Auswirkung des His66Arg Polymorphismus im Chymase Gen vor allem auf dermatologische Erkrankungen untersucht. - Translated abstract:
- Chymase and Tryptase of the mastcells play an important role in physiological and pathological processes. In the contest of the present work we studied the effect of His66Arg polymorphism in Chymasegen on dermatological diseases. 4% of the total patient collective showed a heterozygotic Genotyp A/G and a statistic significant association was seen with psoriasis pustulosa [P=0.0018; OR=18,7071 (95% CI: 2,6-113,9. There was no significant association with other analyzed diseases.
