Within the scope of the thesis, the development of a new test procedure on the basis of day-specific investigations is described. The test method allows for the energetic assessment of heat generators and hot water tanks under practical operating conditions. For this purpose, on-site measurements deliver typical consumption data and operating conditions for the development of characteristic demand profiles for defined reference buildings with the aid of simulation tools. These demand profiles serve as input variables for a test bench with dynamic thermal loads. The objectives are the metrological benchmarking of different central heating boilers and hot water tanks, the extrapolation of annual values and the analysis of relevant influencing factors.
