- In einem hochkompetitiven Wettbewerbsumfeld sind unternehmensindividuelle Implementierungsstrategien für Lean-Methoden und Industrie-4.0-Technologien von entscheidender Bedeutung. Diese Forschungsarbeit beinhaltet eine Methodik, welche die systematische Auswahl relevanter Lean- und Industrie 4.0-Elemente ermöglicht. Diese werden mithilfe eines systemdynamischen Simulationsmodells in eine Lean-4.0-Implementierungsstrategie überführt und die Auswirkungen auf produktionsrelevante Ziele analysiert.

- In a highly competitive environment, company-specific implementation strategies for Lean methods and Industry 4.0 technologies are of crucial importance. Therefore, this research contribution includes a systematic methodology to select relevant Lean and Industry 4.0 elements. Moreover, a system dynamics model is presented to develop company-specific Lean 4.0 implementation strategies and assess their impact on production-related target variables.
