Translated abstract:
A typology of individual forms of ‘time organization’ is the central empirical result of this work. The central theoretical result of this work is a concept of ‘informalized time acting’ which is based on the theorie of informalization and conceived as an expansion of the ‘time acting concept’ (‘Konzept des Zeithandelns’). It tries to explain the ambivalent process of change in possibilities and
needs of individual time organization as a result of an interdependency of company norms and the individual matters of course concerning the ‘right’ way of ‘time acting’ instead of emanate from an one-sided adjustment of the employee skills to the changing company needs.
