Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Studie wurde die Effektivität des integrativen psychodynamisch und strukturpsychopathologisch orientierten Behandlungskonzepts der Klinik und Poliklinik für Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie am Klinikum rechts der Isar untersucht. Als Ergebnisparameter dienten die Reduktion der Psychopathologie sowie die Förderung gesundheitsbezogener Lebensqualität und struktureller Fähigkeiten. Zusätzlich wurden mögliche Einflussfaktoren auf den Therapieerfolg beleuchtet. Die Ergebnisse bestätigen die Wirksamkeit vollstationärer akutpsychosomatischer Behandlung.     «

The current study analysed the effectivity of the integrative psychodynamic and structure-psychopathologically oriented therapy concept of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy at the Klinikum rechts der Isar. Reductions of psychopathology as well as the advancement in health-related quality of life and structural skills were used as parameters of achievement. In addition, possible factors influencing the success of the therapy were studied. The results confirm the effectiveness of fully inpatient psychosomatical treatment.     «
