In dieser Arbeit wird der Einfluss verschiedener soziodemographischer und psychosozialer Faktoren sowie die Auswirkung einer psychotherapeutischen Intervention auf Höhe und Verlauf der Inflammationsparameter Adiponectin, CD40L, Leptin und MPO bei depressiven KHK-Patienten untersucht. Die Ergebnisse lassen vielversprechende Zusammenhänge im Kontext der KHK erkennen. Die Interpretation sowie die klinische Relevanz bedürfen jedoch weiterer Forschung.     «

Inflammatory processes are considered as a possible linking pathomechanism of CAD and depression. In this work, the influence of different sociodemographic and psychosocial factors as well as the effect of psychotherapeutic intervention on the level and course of the inflammatory parameters Adiponectin, CD40L, Leptin and MPO in depressed CAD patients is investigated. The results suggest encouraging associations in the context of CAD. Nevertheless, interpretation as well as clinical significance require further research.     «
