- Abstract:
- Die vorliegende kumulative Promotionsschrift untersucht die Prävalenz sowie assoziierte Determinanten a) der Ablehnung psychologischer Unterstützung sowie b) der psychosozialen Belastung (Distress) in einer Stichprobe von stationären Krebspatient:innen. Dazu wurde eine bizentrische quantitative Querschnittstudie mit 925 Proband:innen durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse geben Hinweise für die Planung und Allokation einer bedarfsgerechten psychoonkologischen Versorgung.

- This cumulative doctoral thesis examines the prevalence and associated determinants of a) the decline of psychological support and b) psychosocial distress in a sample of cancer inpatients. Therefore, we conducted a bicentric quantitative cross-sectional study with 925 participants. The results provide information for the planning and allocation of psycho-oncological care.
