Abstract:
In this thesis, we investigate a strongly coupled spin-photon hybrid system consisting of a superconducting microwave resonator and a spin ensemble of phosphorus donors in 28Si. We study the dynamics of the coupled system using pulsed electron spin resonance spectroscopy and observe an initially unexpected train of spin echo signals after applying a single-shot two-pulse spin echo sequence. Furthermore, we quantitatively investigate three microwave resonator geometries in respect to their effective coupling rate.
