Abstract:
Autologous fat transplantation can be used for breast reconstruction im breast cancer (BC) patients. Adipose derived stem cells (ASCs) within the graft are described as a driver of recurrence. In this study novel in vitro assays were created to observe migration patterns of ASCs towards BC cells. Directional migration of ASCs towards triple negative BCs was observed. When compared with an established migration assay oncogenic cytokine secretion levels were lower for our novel assay.

Autologe Fetttransplantation kann zur Brustrekonstruktion nach Mammakarzinomen verwendet werden. Adipogene Stammzellen (ASCs) im Transplantat sind jedoch als Rezidiv begünstigend vorbeschrieben. In dieser Studie wurden neue in vitro Assays konstruiert, um das Migrationsverhalten von ASCs und Brustkrebszellen (BZs) zu untersuchen.
