- Abstract:
- In dieser Arbeit wurden das entwicklungsneurologische Outcome und die Liegedauern von very low birth weight Frühgeborenen des familienzentrierten Versorgungsmodelles NeoPAss untersucht. Die NeoPAss-Kohorte erreichte signifikant höhere Werte in den BSID-II, mit dem größten Effekt in der Gruppe der extremely preterms. Die Analyse der Liegedauern zeigte, dass die Frühgeborenen der NeoPAss-Kohorte im Vergleich zur Standardversorgung signifikant früher entlassen werden konnten.

- This study examined the neurodevelopmental outcomes and lengths of stay of very low birth weight preterm infants in the family-centred clinical care programme NeoPAss. The NeoPAss cohort achieved significantly higher values in the BSID-II, with the greatest effects in the group of extremely preterms. The analysis of length of stay revealed that preterm infants in the NeoPAss cohort were discharged significantly earlier compared to standard care.
