- Im Rahmen einer multimodalen Studie wurde bei 20 disorders of consciousness (DOC)-Patienten im minimally conscious state (MCS) und unresponsive wakefulness syndrome/vegetative state (UWS/VS) neben einer klinischen Testung mittels Coma Recovery Scale-Revised eine EEG- sowie PET-fMRT-Messung durchgeführt. Der Fokus der Arbeit lag auf einer Analyse der EEG-Daten unter Verwendung der Spektralanalyse sowie nicht-linearen Parametern wie der Permutationsentropie und Symbolischen Transferentropie.

- In this multimodal study 20 disorders of consciousness (DOC)-patients in minimally conscious state (MCS) and unresponsive wakefulness syndrome/vegetative state (UWS/VS) were tested clinically by Coma Recovery Scale-Revised as well as EEG and PET-fMRT. While focusing on EEG analysis we used spectrum analysis, permutation entropy and symbolic transfer entropy.
