In the clinic and polyclinic of nuclear medicine, patients were subjected to double examinations (myocardial perfusion scintigraphy using conventional SPECT and CZT cameras). The aim of the research project is to compare two technically significantly different SPECT cameras (single photon emission computed tomography) and to transfer the results in everyday clinical practice in myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI). As part of this project, the respective recordings in the same patient are anonymized, randomized and evaluated by 15 international experts for image quality, susceptibility to artifacts and diagnostic accuracy. In addition, the interreader variability was examined based on the different experiences of the experts.
