Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war die Bestimmung prognostischer Faktoren des Überlebens sowie der Rezidivwahrscheinlichkeit von Patienten mit Liposarkomen in einem muskuloskelettalen Tumorzentrum. Zunächst wird ein Überblick über die Pathophysiologie, sowie die Therapie des Liposarkom gegeben. Anschließend wurden in einer retrospektiven single-center Analyse über einen Zeitraum von 15 Jahren der Einfluß des Gradings, des histologische Subtyps, des Resektionsstatus, der Tumorgröße, der Lokalisation, der Metastasierung und der Lokalrezidive auf das Gesamtüberlebenuntersucht.     «

The goal of this thesis was the determination of prognostic factors regarding overall survival and local recurrence of liposarcoma patients in a musculoskeletal tumor center. At first an overview of both pathophysiology as well as therapy oft the liposarcoma is given. This is then followed by a retrospective, single-center analysis over 15 years regarding the influence of the grading, histological subtype, state of the resection margin, size, location, metastases and local recurrence on the overall survival of patients affected by liposarcoma.     «
