- Abstract:
- Der Pyruvatkinasemangel der Erythrozyten (PK-Mangel) ist der häufigste Enzymdefekt der anaeroben Glykolyse der Erythrozyten. Es handelt sich um eine seltene autosomal rezessive Erkrankung, die sich klinisch als nicht sphärozytäre hämolytische Anämie manifestiert. Diese Arbeit ist die bis jetzt größte deutsche Studie über Patienten mit PK-Mangel, in der Daten von 28 Patienten (11 weiblich, 17 männlich) mit PK- Mangel retrospektiv sowie prospektiv über 2 Jahre gesammelt und analysiert werden.
- Translated abstract:
- The red cell pyruvate kinase deficiency (PKD) is the most common enzyme defect of the anaerobic glycolysis of the erythrocytes. It is a rare autosomal recessive disease causing a hereditary non-spherocytic hemolytic anemia. 28 patients (11 female, 17 male were included in the analysis, representing the greatest sample of patients in Germany so far. Medical and laboratory data were retrospectively collected and prospectively analyzed for a period of two years.
