- Die vorliegende Studie beschreibt den Verlauf triple-negativer (TNBC) und medullärer (MDBC) Mammakarzinome und bewertet mögliche Einflussfaktoren. Potentielle Wechselwirkungen bei gleichzeitigem Auftreten beider Tumorcharakteristika wurden untersucht und die Einflüsse der Faktoren Familienanamnese, BRCA-Keimbahnmutationen und Chemotherapie analysiert.

- This study focuses on the clinical course and prognostic factors of triple-negative (TNBC) and medullary (MDBC) breast cancer. Potential interdependencies between the two tumor types were of special interest. The effects of family history, BRCA-gene mutation and chemotherapy were analyzed.
