- Abstract:
- Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, eine evidenzbasierte Empfehlung für die operative Versorgung von Knorpelschäden am OSG und Kniegelenk zu geben. Eine online basierte Literaturrecherche wurde durchgeführt. Für das OSG konnte keine Therapieempfehlung abgegeben werden. Für das Kniegelenk ist die Mikrofrakturierung bei kleineren und die MACT bei größeren Knorpelschäden zu empfehlen. Beide Gelenke benötigen weitere RCT-Studien, um Fortschritte im Bereich der Knorpeltherapie machen zu können.

- The aim of this work is to provide an evidence-based recommendation for the treatment of CL/OCL in the talus and knee joint. An online based literature search was carried out. No recommendation could be made for the talus. Microfracturing is recommended for smaller and MACT for larger cartilage lesions in the knee. Both joints require additional RCT studies to make advances in cartilage therapy.
