- Frühkindliche Regulationsprobleme, wie exzessives Schreien, Fütter- und Schlafprobleme sind häufige Probleme von Kindern, die zu Verhaltensstörungen und kognitiven Defiziten führen können. Um Prädiktoren zu bestimmen, wurde eine systematische Literaturrecherche in PubMed, PsycINFO und PSYNDEX durchgeführt. Häufige signifikante Prädiktoren sind Depressionen und Angststörungen der Eltern, negatives kindliches Temperament und die frühe Frühgeburtlichkeit. Schlussfolgerungen werden diskutiert.
- Translated abstract:
- Regulatory disorder in the early childhood, like excessive infant crying, feeding and sleeping disorder are common problems in infants which might lead to behavioural disorders and cognitive deficits. To identify predictors of regulatory disorder a systematic literature research was performed in PubMed, PsycINFO and PSYNDEX. Depression and anxiety disorder among parents, negative child temperament and early prematurity were common significant predictors. Conclusions are discussed.
