Translated abstract:
Intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IOM) includes several electrophysiological monitoring methods used to ensure the intraoperative integrity of neurophysiological functions of the nervous system during surgery. A total of 33 patients were selected for this prospective diagnostic study, which investigated the benefit of IOM during the resection of intracranial metastases. The primary endpoint were the predictive values, specifically the relation between intraoperative potential declines and postoperative motor deficits.
