- Abstract:
- Es konnte bereits gezeigt werden, dass Patienten mit einer posterolateralen Rotationsinstabilität des Ellenbogengelenkes in der Magnetresonanztomografie eine erhöhte Gelenkinkongruenz aufweisen. Eine generelle Hyperlaxizität kann u. a. mit einer Hyperextension des Ellenbogengelenks verbunden sein. Der Einfluss der Gelenkposition und der Hyperlaxität im Vergleich mit normalen Probanden auf die Gelenkinkongruenz war Gegenstand der vorliegenden Studie.

- It has been previously shown that patients with posterolateral rotatory instability of the elbow exhibit an increased degree of elbow joint incongruence on magnetic resonance imaging. General hyperlaxity may be associated with elbow joint hyperextension. The influence of the position of the elbow joint and hyperlaxity compared with normal subjects on the congruence of the elbow joint was the subject of the present study.
