In dieser Arbeit wird ein System entwickelt und realisiert, das bestehende Navigationssysteme um ein Modul zur automatischen Registrierung für die Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Chirurgie erweitert. Medical navigation systems help minimize risk during operations. In this work, a system is developed and implemented that extends existing navigation systems with a module for automatic registration for ear, nose and throat surgery. The reduction in error propagation through automatic processes and operating concepts suitable for clinics, in particular without protective devices, is intended to increase the safety of the patient during operations and to increase the acceptance of the use of navigation systems by the medical personnel.     «
