Abstract:
Um die Entstehung mechatronischer Verarbeitungssysteme in frühen Phasen zu vereinfachen, wurde eine interaktive simulationsgestützte Entwurfsmethodik entwickelt. Diese beruht auf echtzeitfähigen physikbasierten Modellen, die aus digitalisierten Handskizzen automatisch über einen Interpreter abgeleitet werden, und ermöglicht zu jeder Zeit eine Absicherung der Konzepte. Ein zugehöriges agiles Prozessmodell unterstützt die Anwender im Kontext einer inkrementellen und interdisziplinären Entwicklung.

In order to simplify the design of mechatronic processing systems in the early stages of development, an interactive and simulation-based design methodology has been developed. The key is a physically-based simulation, derived automatically from digitized hand drawn sketches. Through this, an interactive and real time evaluation of the concepts is provided at all times during the design process. An agile process model supports the user in context of an incremental and interdisciplinary development.
