In this dissertation was investigated the influence of teacher collaboration (TC) on student achievement (SA). This was carried out through three publications. Publication (A) analyzed its frequency and the differences among school type and gender of the teachers, publication (B) its relationship with SA, and publication (C) its role as mediator between principal leadership and SA. Findings show the complexity of TC when studied as a construct with several forms, its positive role for SA and the difficulty to measure the relationships of TC with other variables.     «

In dieser Dissertation wurde untersucht, welchen Einfluss die Lehrerkooperation (TC) auf die Schülerleistungen (SA) hat. Dies geschah anhand von drei Publikationen. Publikation (A) analysierte ihre Häufigkeit und die Unterschiede zwischen Schultyp und Geschlecht der Lehrer, Publikation (B) ihre Beziehung zu SA und Publikation (C) ihre Rolle als Mediator zwischen Schulleiterführung und SA. Die Ergebnisse verdeutlichen die zugrundeliegende Komplexität der TC, ihre positive Rolle für die SA sowie die Schwierigkeit, die Beziehungen der TC mit anderen Variablen zu messen.     «
