Mit dem Gesetz zur Einführung der Modellklausel 2009 wurde die Möglichkeit geschaffen, die evidenzbasierte physiotherapeutische Praxis in die Hochschulbildung zu implementieren. Im Rahmen der Dissertation wurde ein Basismodul der EBP, die physiotherapeutische Diagnostik, konzipiert. Die zu erwartenden Lernergebnisse wurden im Prüfungsformat OSCE getestet. Weiterhin diente die subjektive Einschätzung der Studierenden zu ihrer Handlungskompetenz als wichtiges Ergebnisparameter. Mit den Ergebnissen wurden erste Belege gefunden, dass das entwickelte Kompetenzmodell als curricularer Standard für ein Modul „physiotherapeutische Diagnostik“ dienen könnte.     «

With the introduction of the model clause in 2009 the possibility was provided by law to implement the evidence based physiotherapy practice in higher education. In this thesis a basic module of EBP, the physiotherapeutic diagnostics, was conceptualized. The expected learning outcomes were tested in the exam format OSCE. Furthermore the subjective evaluation of students regarding their competences served as an important result parameter. The results showed some evidence that the developed competence model could serve as a curricular standard for a module „physiotherapeutic diagnostics“.     «
