Two novel highly efficient RF amplifier topologies are presented. The operation is even with strong mismatch safe. For efficient operation of compact multi-antenna systems decoupling- and matching multiports are needed. The value of the driving impedance to achieve matching depends on the parameters of the amplifiers. Therefore, a characterization of amplifiers, based on output power measurement is introduced. A new approach, called "Sensitivity matching", is presented. With multiple users, beam forming is essential. An efficient solution for up to 16 antennas is shown.
