Abstract:
Die Dissertation setzt sich mit den Fragen um die realisierbare Entwicklung eines Wasserqualitäts-Sensors in wirtschaftlicher Drucktechnologie auseinander. Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Wirkmechanismen chemischer Sensoren. Ein weiteres Kapitel beschreibt die Werkstoffe der Mikroelektronik zur Herstellung ionensensitiver Sensoren. Die Lösung mündet in einem neuen Sensorkonzept. Dieses Konzept wird die Zweckbestimmung, den Wirkmechanismus, die technologische Realisierung, Dimension, Parameter, Werkstoffe und die Analyse mit Diskussion beschreiben.
