Abstract:

Translated abstract:
The utilization of CO2 as a feedstock for a carbon neutral energy supply is a very promising approach for future energy generation; the photocatalytic reduction of CO2 seems to be an especially desirable method. However, there are currently no industrial processes, due to poor catalytic stabilities. Thus, this work aims to develop methods that suppress deactivation processes in photocatalytic reactions and to synthesize new hybrid-systems to increase the catalytic performance.
