Translated abstract:
Designing (capacity, demanded area, costs) of plants for the production of beer and the filling of beverage in general is usually done by using mathematical formulas by the aid of scientific tables and facts learned by experience. The composition in hand shows the already known auxiliaries, develops mathematical coherences (with sufficient exactness) and embeds these calculation methods into a standard software program (Microsoft Excel). By the aid of this software tool varied plant designs (e. g. for pre-feasibility-studies) can be created and evaluated.
