Abstract:: Bei der Therapie chronisch entzündlicher Darmerkrankungen mit Infliximab (IFX) kann es zur Bildung von Anti-Infliximab-Antikörpern (ATI) kommen. Anhand der retrospektiven Auswertung der Daten von 41 Patienten unter Therapie mit IFX und einem proaktivem Monitoring konnte ein neuer Parameter repräsentativ für die ATI-Dynamik als Prädiktor des sekundären Therapieversagens bestimmt werden. Mit Hilfe der Serumproben wurden SPR-basierte Biosensoren zur IFX- und ATI-Konzentrationsbestimmung evaluiert. Insgesamt konnte der Nutzen des proaktiven TDIM bestätigt werden. «
