Abstract:

Translated abstract:
Oncolytic virotherapy and adoptive T cell therapy are innovative therapeutic approaches for acute myeloid leukemia. It is demonstrated here that vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) and T cell receptor transgenic T cells induce a potent lysis of AML cells. Both therapies show synergistic effects. In a mouse model, the combination therapy resulted in high intratumoral virus titers, efficient tumor eradication, and improved safety compared to the use of VSV as a monotherapy.
