- Diese Arbeit sollte das Serum-Hsp70 auf seine Eignung als Biomarker für canine Tumoren genauer untersuchen. Mit dem lipHsp70 wurden Serum- und Plasmakonzentrationen von 179 Hunden bestimmt. Die gemessene Hsp70-Serumkonzentration zeigt sich unabhängig von verschiedenen Einflussfaktoren. Hsp70 ist im Serum von Hunden mit Rundzelltumoren bzw. Mastzelltumoren signifikant erhöht und könnte als caniner Tumorbiomarker dienen.
- Translated abstract:
- The goal of this dissertation was to investigate Serum-Hsp70 as a biomarker for canine tumors. Using the lipHsp70-ELISA, serum and plasma concentrations of 179 dogs were determined. Experiments show that interference factors do not affect the measured Hsp70 serum concentration. Hsp70 in the serum of dogs suffering from round cell tumors and respectively mast cell tumors is significantly elevated and could serve as a tumor biomarker for canine patients.
