Abstract:
Ewing Sarcoma (EwS) is the second most common bone malignancy in children and young adolescents with a high potential of dissemination. Here the therapeutic potential of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) transgenic T cells directed against G- protein coupled receptor 64 (GPR64), an orphan receptor with significant overexpression in EwS, was examined. Therefore, CAR transgenic T cells with two different monoclonal antibodies were generated, characterized and their therapeutic efficacy was evaluated.
