- Abstract:
- Eine frühzeitige Risiko-Abschätzung bei Patienten mit ARDS ist essentiell für Auswahl und Erfolg spezifischer Therapien. Zahlreiche Parameter wurden überwiegend bei Diagnosestellung evaluiert, aber nur unzureichend im Verlauf des ARDS. Unsere Studie an 100 ARDS-Patienten fand eine frühe Prädiktion der 28-d-Mortalität durch APACHE-II-Score und den Index ∆Pressure/CaO2. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Prognose des ARDS u.a. stark mit extrapulmonalen Komorbiditäten assoziiert ist.
- Translated abstract:
- Early risk assessment in patients with ARDS is essential for the selection and success of specific therapies. Numerous parameters were evaluated mainly at diagnosis, but insufficiently during the course of ARDS. Our study in 100 ARDS patients found an early prediction of 28-d mortality by APACHE II score and the index ∆Pressure/CaO2. The results show that the prognosis of ARDS is strongly associated with extrapulmonary comorbidities.
