In this dissertation, three flow-based bioassays for application with a fully automated chemiluminescence-based chip reading platform were developed. The first assay was designed for the molecular biological detection of mycotoxin producers. In a second project an assay was developed for the molecular analysis of antibiotic resistance genes and their carrying species in water. The third assay which was worked on in this dissertation, was an indirect competitive immunoassay for the detection of diclofenac in milk.
