This thesis analyses the online communications of Germany's largest charitable organizations. Using a matrix that describes the different functional areas of a Nonprofit Organization (NPO) the results lead to the conclusion, which describes the strategic necessities for successfully building the NPOs future by using net-based communication. To employ online-communication, which is focused on the target audience, this study recommends that management utilizes a supply oriented approach when implementing the instruments of online communications.
