Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt eine Untersuchung, ob eigentlich nicht-immunogene Substanzen (d.h. Substanzen oder Medikamente, die bisher auf völlig anderen Gebieten als der Immunologie verwendet wurden) eine Auswirkung auf das menschliche Immunsystem haben und dort evtl. sogar therapeutisch wirken könnten. Zunächst werden die wichtigsten am Immunsystem beteiligten Komponenten, die getesteten Substanzen sowie die verwendeten Testverfahren MLC und CML (in Modifikation) vorgestellt, der Ergebnisteil schließt sich an. Die Diskussion liefert einen Zusammenhang zwischen den verwendeten Testverfahren, der Wirkung der einzelnen Substanzen und der wichtigsten am Immunsystem beteiligten Substanzen. Zusammengefasst zeigt sich, dass alle verwendeten Testsubstanzen wie z.B. ein Beta-Blocker, mehrere Kalzium-Kanalblocker sowie organische Nitrate durchaus einen Anteil an Veränderungen im Immunsystem haben könnten.     «

The present dissertation shows an analysis about effects of non-immunogeneic substances on the human immune system and about their therapeutical potentiality. First of all, there is a presentation of the most important components concerning the immune system, the substances and the test procedures (mlc and cml in modification), followed by the results of the tests. The discussion shows a correlation between the test procedures, the effects of the tested substances and the most important components of the immune system. To abstract the dissertation, you can see that all tested substances like a beta-blocker, calcium-antagonists and organic nitrates have a little influence on the immune system.     «
