Main objectiv was to investigate the influence of thermodynamically aspects on atomization of a fluid. Only heating up liquid improves the quality of a spray. Besides, if during the expansion of the fluid the phase boundary is crossed, a further optimizing takes place. Its influence is even bigger than the influence of cavitation and turbulence inside of a nozzle. The results are lying on investigations of macroscopical and microscopical quantities of the spray and simultaneous observation of different phases.
