Der Bedarf an Wohnraum in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland ist in seiner regionalen Nachfrage, vor allem aber hinsichtlich seiner qualitativen Erfordernisse einem starken Strukturwandel unterworfen. Ausgehend von sich verändernden Gesellschafts- wie auch Haushaltsformen steht in vorliegender Untersuchung das wissenschaftlich fundierte Erarbeiten eines qualitativen Beurteilungsinstrumentes für Geschosswohnbauten im Mittelpunkt, mit Hilfe dessen sich verschiedene Wohnungstypen in ihrer spezifischen Konzeption und Ausführung vergleichen und nachvollziehbar beurteilen lassen. Dieses Bewertungswerkzeug erfährt in der Folge eine exemplarische Anwendung auf ein Marktsegment aktueller Geschosswohnbauten in München und gibt auf Basis der Auswertung Empfehlungen für Verbesserungspotentiale der derzeit realisierten Wohnungstypen.     «

The need for housing space in the Federal Republic of Germany is subject to a strong structural change affecting primarily its qualitative requirements, but also its regional de-mand structure. Based on the diversifying preferences with regard to societal aspects and household types, the main focus of this study is a scientific based development of a qualitative evaluation tool for multi-storey housing, which allows a comparative and comprehensible rating of residential properties with regard to their specific conceptual design and constructive execution. Finally, the tool is applied to a market segment of contemporary residential multi-storey developments in Munich, providing recommendations for the demand-oriented improvement of the predominant housing designs.     «
