Abstract:
Importance: The assessment of new antithrombotic agents with a favorable safety profile is clinically relevant. Objective: To test the efficacy and safety of revacept, a novel, lesion-directed antithrombotic drug, acting as a competitive antagonist to platelet glycoprotein VI.
