In dieser Monographie werden referenzielle Geschäftsprozesse sowie ein kriteriengeleitetes Vorgehen zur Konkretisierung von Prozessdesigns entwickelt. Die Forschungsergebnisse können dazu genutzt werden, bei Lehrkräften ein geschäftsprozessorientiertes Systemverständnis zu fördern, das sie dabei unterstützt, curricular intendierte berufliche Unterrichte zu gestalten. In this monograph, referential business processes as well as a criteria-driven approach to concretize process designs are developed. The research findings can be used to support teachers to develop a business-process-oriented system understanding, helping them to design occupational instruction as intended in the curricula. The goal is for learners to build up process knowledge, which is of particular importance in times of increasing digitalization and connectivity of business activities within value chains (Industry 4.0).     «
