Abstract:
The selective formation of heterogeneous nanoparticle (NP) agglomerates and their memristive switching properties are reported. Following surfactant-mediated self-assembly in suspension, agglomerates of silver nanocubes (AgNCs) and spherical silicon nanoparticles (SiNPs) are prepared in a bottom-up approach.
