In this paper, we propose a straightforward generalization of the propagation of stochastic electromagnetic fields with Gaussian probability distribution, which is in the current model described by spatial auto-correlation and cross-correlation functions. We propose to describe the spatial and temporal propagation of random fields in terms of characteristic functionals.
