Abstract:
A highly sensitive and flexible dopamine sensor is developed using carbon nanotube field effect transistor. Polyimide (kapton foil) is used as the flexible substrate. The polyimide substrate can be easily functionalized for dopamine detection by making use of the nitrogen atoms on the surface. This is an added advantage of using flexible polyimide substrate other than being low cost substrate.
