Abstract:
In this paper a calibrated model of a III-V triple junction solar cell is presented. The simulations are carried out with a commercial TCAD software, and the model is validated by a comparison of the EQE and IV curve with experimental data. We perform an extensive simulation study of the geometry of the solar cell and of its behavior under different light concentrations.
