Abstract:
This report presents actuator control concepts for a new structure of a mechatronic suspension system entitled hybrid suspension, which includes a combination of a semi-active damper and a low bandwidth actuator integrated in series to the primary spring and can potentially achieve a performance similar to a fully active suspension system.
