The increasing share of services enabled by the advancement of digital technologies has led us to product-service systems (PSS) as an integrated bundle of products and services. PSS development necessitates a large variety of teams, skills, and technologies. Such heterogeneity introduces inherent conflicting situations that are prevalent in every PSS development. This dissertation aims to increase our understanding of the conflicts in nowadays’ PSS development and show directions for solutions. Der zunehmende Anteil von Dienstleistungen, der durch Fortschritt in digitalen Technologien ermöglicht wird, hat uns zu Produkt-Service-Systemen (PSS) als hybrides Bündel von Produkten und Dienstleistungen geführt. Die Entwicklung von PSS erfordert vielfältige Teams, Fähigkeiten und Technologien. Diese Heterogenität bringt allerdings inhärente Konfliktsituationen mit sich. Diese Dissertation zielt darauf ab unser Verständnis von Konflikten in der Entwicklung von PSS zu verbessern und Lösungswege für diese aufzuzeigen. Die Ergebnisse tragen zur Forschung im Bereich PSS und Konfliktmanagement bei. In der Praxis können die Erkenntnisse genutzt werden um Konflikte in der PSS-Entwicklung zu verhindern und die Entwicklung zu optimieren.     «
